The analytical laboratories of SBRC are equipped with top of the line instruments such as Waters Alliance HPLC with auto sampler and PDA detector, Perkin-Elmer Dual Detector Clarus 600 GC, Pekin-Elmer Turbomatrix Head-Space analyzer interfaced with dual detector Perkin-Elmer Clarus 600 GC, Waters Preparative HPLC with fraction collector, Vertis Bench Top Lyophilizer, Perkin-Elmer Spectrum 100 FT-IR, Perkin-Elmer Diamond Hyper DSC, Perkin-Elmer Lambda 35 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Perkin-Elmer 341 digital polarimeter, Mettler-Toledo instruments like KF Titrator, Auto Titrator, Halogen Moisture Balance, Micro Balance, Conductivity meter and Millipore Elix 3 Milli Q Gradient A 10 water purification system, to name a few.
Besides, SBRC has Bruker Avance III 500 MHz NMR, Waters Q-TOF (V & W optics)- premier mass spectrometer interfaced with Alliance HPLC-Auto sampler-PDA and Philips (PANalytical) Xpert pro X ray Diffractometer. These are instruments for structural studies, not only for intermediates and APIs, most importantly for Impurity Profiling and analysis of bulk crystallinity.
All instruments in SBRC are certified by the manufacturer to be compliant as per 21 CFR.
