SBRC has well equipped Library having all reference books, monographs, access to on line current and archival ACS publications, and search engines like STN, SciFinder etc.
A fully functional Informatics and IPR cell is engaged in activities like infringement analysis, patent status collection, patent drafting, patent filing etc. We have filed an international patent application on a non-infringing process that stemmed from systematic studies and understanding of the reaction mechanism. Filing one more is in the offing.
We strongly believe patent protection is essential for innovation to thrive. Given that it guarantees a firm a period of exclusivity, patent protection provides us with the necessary fillip to be innovative and invest in research and development.
